Thanks Lynne I appreciate your answering.. I did that and then it turned blue.. but with the same original vbulletin logo.. upon thinking about what else could be off, I remembered that I recently had urljet my host upgrade my vbulletin and figured that was it ..possibly..
But alas when I re ftpd the logo it was still the original.. But then it hit me.. since my vbulletin is in a subfolder called "f" for f.gaga.com i could try there.. and there was the key. Ireplaced it in there and now it works.
