Thanks for your reply, but as I mentioned in my post this is what exactly I have already done:

"In the language setting the RTL option is selected but still the shown direction is LTR."

As in your case I set:

"Enable Directional Markup Fix" to "No" instead of "Yes"

and it is working like a charm.
