Just wondering if your URL has changed or are you accessing the site with a new URL? If it has then have you tried going to the admin page and changing the URL? Settings -> Options -> Sitename/URL

If the server has moved to a different IP then the DNS change could take 24-48 hours. Also try to clear your windows dns cache.

ipconfig /flushdns

Then do a nslookup [domainname] and see if it brings back your new IP.
