I think you will have little success with asking people to make you a mod of this type. I think this is something you are going to have to do yourself. Just in case I am wrong try asking your question in the "Modification Requests forum", if that doesn't work there is always the "Request for Paid Services Forum".

What is nice about the forums here is when you try to create something like a MOD and require specific information or have a technical question. Best way to learn is to dive in < -- I have always been terrible with metaphors.
