You can test RTL layout very easy:

Go to Admin CP -> Languages & Phrases -> Language Manager

Add New Language (English)

Name it RTL Test or what ever you like

But make sure you select (Right to Left) in the Text Direction filed

See if that fixes the issue.

Reinstall is good advice.


It works but the tab-collapsed.png looks not right until I click on it.
