I use to run a forum but it died off a while ago so i never did anything with it. Well now im back at it with the same forum. Got everything running again but there are a few minor problems. When it died my server was using php4.x and when i came back it was using php5.x which broke some of the code. somewhere on the edits i was making i think I messed up the default time zone. What file do I need to edit to fix this?

When i am in my control panel and i set it to GMT -6 it changes the clock back 6 hours, however, GMT is not what it is suppose to be.

Im running 3.8.2 boards btw.
