vb.org Archive - View Single Post - ? IP Address range to keep the bad guys out

Is there a list of IP address ranges that are publicly available with which I can block IP's from eastern European or Asian countries. The subject matter of my forum does not need to be accessible by people in these countries, and I'd like to block them.

Surely, there must be an existing, tested, recognized list of such IP's (including ranges and wildcards!) that I could include in the vBulletin 'Banned IP Addresses' text area.
