The use is using the same IP each time! That is what I don't understand, I would have thought the program would have submitted the IP as a spammer and not allowed that IP to be used on my site or any other.

I have the vbulletin email verification on.

I may have to consider another vbulletin plug in to work with this one, but I don't like to have too many plugins installed because I have had problems and I have limited knowledge

The nature of my site would allow me to simply ban all IPs from certain countries.

By the way, he's back. He shows as registered, and leaves a signature. If he tries to post, spamomatic stops that.
