Another product did not cause this conflict, and the reason you aren't experiencing this problem is because this problem was introduced in a recent release. You probably didn't upload the latest files to the correct directory and inadvertently averted this problem.

After seeing your changes I agree another mod isn't causing the problem, but the reason why my site isn't getting the messages, and likely many others aren't as well, is that my site do not delete accounts instead we simple ban them indefinitely instead.
