File attachments are on the wish list. It will eventually be done.

The date input field is HTML5 and very few browsers support the date field so far. I won't add that until HTML5 is fully adopted by Internet Explorer and Firefox.

Isn't previewing the application a bit redundant? I mean the answers are right in front of the person before they click submit aren't they?
