This issue comes up again and again.

I don't know how to program SQL databases, but there are times I need to replace values in the current database with those in a backup. For example, a mod recently went bad, I re-installed it, and lost all the values. But I have a backup.

Can one of you SQL experts please tell me how to replace the values in the current database with those from a backup in phpAdmin so that I can restore my information?

Note: phpAdmin will NOT upload a table over 50M, so if I export a table larger than that from a backup, I will not be able to import it in phpAdmin. I already tried that!

I REALLY need to know how to do this!
