You dont have enough activity yet, you have to work hard at getting noticed and indexed, keep posting quality original content and you'll get there

Just having vbseo doesn't mean you'll get any better rankings really, you should pose your question at vbseo and ask them to help with your settings, the way you show the indexed shows that vbseo is working and the url is "real" otherwise it would index as www.mysite.com/showthread.php?p=12345.html - you've just got your settings wrong!
