On vB 4.2 Suite. I've been looking for a good way to limit the posting of attachments to a single forum, is it possible?

It looks like the only choice I have for a forum is to moderate attachments or not. It looks like the choices for user groups is to either allow attachments in all forums or none. Neither option seems to be my answer. Any advice is welcome and thanks in advance.
