I really can't tell you any estimations, it would be 100% random and guesswork only with absolutely no basis in fact.
Lets assume there are 100 users and the are only using livewall, nothing else at all. Compare the load of 100 normal vb users (no wall) vs 100 users using only the wall.

Forget about 100... how about this very simple question. Will one user using livewall require more resources than one user simply browsing the website? The obvious answer is yes so, the question is, how much more resources? 1.5x a normal user? 2x a normal user?

If both of those questions still do not work... what can you tell me?
