Well, as he's pointed out, he already knows how to use an iframe and has used one successfully. He's just not able to get certain content to work.

Just as clarification, you don't actually need to ask permission, as if it's a law of any kind. Any website that doesn't allow it will already point that out, or use a JavaScript redirect. Video sources, too, will pretty much already be blocked or they'll note that they don't allow embedding.
