Default Memcache - minimum requirements
I have a forum that has a max of 1,000 users at any one time. It is on a VPS.

Currently, Memcache is not enabled in the config.php file. Is it only suitable for dedicated servers with 4gb of RAM? Can it create issues if the memory is maxed out?
