Before installing any mod you must read the mod's entire thread, or at least the last few pages. Some don't work at all and some require special attentions. Before asking a question, always "Search this mod" (look to the upper right). A search on 'smiley' brings up enough to tell you what's going on.

Lastly, before anyone could help we need a lot more info than just "it doesn't work". Links, assurances that you've tried it with all your other mods disabled, everything else you've done to try to fix it, assurances you've read the whole thread, etc.
