Did you remember to add the hash key before the hex value?
#000000 = correct
000000 = wrong

Can you please provide screenshots of your vBulletin Options configuration?
Also, some members may not be displayed if their IP address cannot be resolved. That is a limitation of PHP that we cannot work around.
