It worked fine in my testing, the only reason I noticed is because I user emailed me and told me. Thoughts on what might cause this?

I believe I noticed this also when checking to make sure all images were working. I was refreshing the registration page making sure all images came up and noticed occasionally you would get just the filename reference and not the image.
