One option would be to turn html code on on your signature permission. But be aware that this is not safe if you are not the only user in that usergroup. Also double check that you are turning html code on only on your usergroup and not the others. After doing that, you can easily past your adsense code in your signature wrapping it by the html tags.
PS: I'm not 100% sure if this will work or not.
