Hello I try to upgrade to b 25 and turn off my site from admincp and got this error
Fatal error: Call to a member function isAdministrator() on a non-object in /home/mast1450/public_html/forum/core/vb/api/state.php on line 174

Then i thought may be i need upgrade so thats why i got this error so run upgrade and its went through and still i have same error and now i cant access to my site i submit in forum too here is the link
