If your AdminCP directory changed, you need to upload thanks.php from the /upload/admincp folder to your new folder.

Also, you need to enable your userid as Super Administrator in config.php in order to see the DBTech - Thanks sidebar. That, or log on to your SAdmin and grant your normal admin Can Administer Thanks.

Usergroup settings are in the Button Manager, which is hidden until you've done the above
