Not sure how someone can delete your logo, unless they have access to your ftp. However to upload new one, just do right click on your broken logo image, copy the logo url (path) and upload new one in your ftp. That should replace it and if you have given a different name then just go to theme's stylevar and look for "title image" and change the name there.
