I agree 100% but scammers are not only here at vB.org they are all over the internet and this is not a valid reason not to provide a chance to paid works.

Clients and users will know whom to believe and not, who has been in the field for long and rep they get etc will be the answer.

Because of one or two scammers you can not deny benefits to all valued contributors.
