No I am affraid it does not do the thing you want! But there are plenty of them! So you basicly need a BUTTON that can post directly to Twitter...?

Else I think there are a few in vBulletin 3.8 section that also works for vB3.7.... Its not an addon, but a simple modification.. Good luck mate
