You could upload the tools.php file in the dont upload folder when you downloaded VB.
That would give you access. (remember to remove it after)

You could edit your config.php file and add define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true); to that file.
That would disable all plugins and allow you to repair any damage.

I use the define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true); option myself.
