I'm not sure if there's an RSS feed forum block - you might try searching for that (unless someone else knows). But another thing you might be able to do is to create a forum for that feed and use the RSS Feed Manage to have that feed posted as threads in the new forum (and of course you probably don't want members to be able to post in that forum). Then you could use a Forum Threads block and configure it to get 1 new thread from that forum.
