You could use "Search for Users", but then you'd have to delete them one at a time. You can use "Move/Prune Users", but then you can't search by last activity date.
What you could do is this: Create a new "junk" usergroup, then do a database query to find all users that match what you want and set the usergroupid to the id of your junk group. Then use "Move/Prune Users" to delete all users in that group. (You can then delete the group if you want). This is slower but works a little better than just deleting the lines from the user table, since that doesn't remove everything from the database. (This takes a bit of sql knowledge so be careful if you try it, and have a recent database backup before you try this).
