Hello,

I am editing the phrase forum_rules_registration, and it is not updating when I go to view the 'terms and rules' link on the registration page. The text is staying updated within the phrase manager, but it will not update within the link. Is there a step I am missing somewhere? I thought updating that would cause the terms and rules to update.
