Vb used to have an addon (vb 3x) that tracked users by IP address, but ALSO tracked them by cookie and another way (can't remember).

I need to find this again for vb4 if it's available but I don't see anything that strikes me as close.

The cookie option was fantastic because it caught most of my users with multiple user accounts. Especially the ones that used proxies to get around IP matches.

Any help is appreciated.
