I tested myself at 1024x768, 1280x1024, 1600x900, 1680x1050 and 1920x1080 there are no problems.

So the weird thing is: at my screen with 1600x900 no problem, at the member screen at 1600x900 a flashing scrollbar.

To Fix this adjust Left Offset and Right Offset on the e360-SnowStorm / SmashingXmasLights setting the screen resolution will have nothing to do with it
