...lol... Lots of awards. But staff members are staff members. I mean everybody does his best (or his job). Supporter of the Month is closer to what you said. I've seen many members (just members not coders, designers or staff), spending lot of time here answering questions. They deserve it. In person there are 2-3 times when such members really helped me.
