Ok downloaded a fresh file, got it uploaded and started the install. Here's the message I got:

Should I go in and upload these files one at a time or is there some other solution.

Ok, answered my own question. Got to looking at my cPanel and realized that those files didn't get updated for some reason. So I uploaded them through the cPanel and now it is installing..Thanks for the help. Cross your fingers no more errors.....lol
