does it then show? I don;t know why phrases would not be resolving ?

Replace with:

{vb:rawphrase Post a vBookie Event}
or
{vb:rawphrase Post_a_vBookie_Event}

I changed it to
{vb:rawphrase post_a_vbookie_event}

Still not showing.
