i'm used to work with photoshop. most of the graphic designers use photoshop to make website graphics. from my experience with other people, all of them save those files as "creator's proof". in my humble oppinion, i think is hard to make something profesionnal using microsoft paint. i might be wrong.
anyway, the idea i try to pull out is this: as long as you have a proof that you made that graph file, not copy-paste it, nobody can do something to you legally. let me know what do you think and please correct me if i'm wrong.
