Cayton. a few things here I'd like to point out.

1. Always take a backup before you do anything.
2. "someone attempted to" <--- Did you read the logs and find out who?

With that said, I have no knowledge of this install and I messaged VBDev to see if he did.

I do however see a post on the forum stating an error was encountered and you removed access, thus prohibiting anyone from fixing it.

It seems your website is fixed now but you disabled the accounts ?

If you want me to install the chatbox (this time I'll do it not late at nights...) please enable it again.

As said in my email install funds will be refund as a gift to cope with my mistake.
