Yes.
Do Mochi games score for players using Windows and IE/FF etc?
Yes. Safari seems to be the one not currently working. I swap over to my PC laptop and IE/FF work fine.
If you play Mochi games on another site with v3 Arcade or on Mochimedia do the scores submit using your Mac/Safari set up?
Not on either of my installs, I'll test that right now. I've been using Billy Bob Bash as a test since it works on my laptop, not on the Mac/Safari.. It DOES seem to save when on the MochiMedia site directly when I'm logged in with my account there.
I've no real experience of using Mac's and I'm no longer running v3 Arcade so you might be better off trying to contact the developer on vBAdvanced.com or on here.
LOL Realized that when I signed up to your arcade site to test
But being honest, production, development and support has stopped since it moved to vbAdvanced

Yeah after I started poking around I noticed that it's been pretty defunct. I'll keep trying to get it up for a while and if it persists to be an issue I'll either dump it or find a suitable replacement (vbArcade).. Always a shame when a dead mod is up still and you sink in the hours to later realize you might need to re-do the effort lol.
