My requirement is as below

Lets say there are 2 categories of forums Forum A and Forum B . User 1 is the moderator for forum A and User 2 is moderator for Forum B. I have a forum by name reported posts for which User 3 is a moderator.

Now if a post of Forum A is reported then a new post gets created in reported posts forum and User 3 is intimated of the same. However i want User 1 to be intimated about the report that has been raised against his / her forum (user 1 bring owner for forum a)

Can anyone help me out on this
