The way to check is to try and sign up yourself. I had various complaints to my contact us email with people notifiying that they are being classed as spammers. When i tried to sign up myself I saw that I was classed as a spammer. As a result, I stopped using spam-o-matic and added Q&A, country profile field and also key captcha.

All in all, 0 spammers have gotten through
