I am running a vbullitin fourm

since 2 days my fourm is responding too slow

and when today i try to login it display this message

Multiple Requests have been directly targeted our forum, as the result the current access is temporarily restricted for 10 second(s)

And my 2nd problem is that when i try to apply [font-size = 3][size]

it is not applying in my post

i know the font-size replace with size
