Does anyone know how this is done? If you click one vs the other, different forums are shown. This is what the link looks like to change the main index.

/index.php?do=change&subsite=1

I don't want to make multiple forums for the same general topic, but I want to divide them by carrier. This seems like a great way to do it, but after searching I haven't figured out how its done.
