(vBulletin 3.7.3 Patch Level 1)

I'm not sure what to search for or if this already exists, but I am looking for a add-on that has a back end something like this (the fields, not the style etc)..



Then depending on what "Template" is picked in the field, it uses a different template file which can I can style with CSS, example:



I'm currently using vBa CMPS, so if possible(even using another addon) I could create a "results" page, and input the results via a module.

I'm not sure if this last request is possible, but even if it would be possible to choose a field, and everything with the suburb "Suburbsville" for example, would be posted to a page assigned.
If the results could be sorted alphabetically it would be great, I would even settle for a "display order field", I'd love to have it that records under "Template 1" are displayed before "Template 2" but if that's too difficult, I'd be happy with the display order option.

If anything I have posted is unclear or if anyone has any suggestions please let me know, I don't know a great deal about coding for vB so not sure how difficult my request would be.
