you dont need a hack for this one. Simply add the HTML code (link to newthread.php) to the end of forum description.

eg.

<a href="https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/newthread.php?s=&action=newthread&forumid=8">[New Thread]</a>

Of course use your URL and change forum id number in that sample link!
