I have a couple of questions about banned users.

1. I've noticed that, even though a user is banned, they can still log on to the forum. I have all permissions for the banned user group set to NO so they can't do anything but I'd like to stop them logging on anyway. Is there any easy way to do this or a mod that will do it? This would be for known spammers that get through the other defences and manage to register. I don't want to delete them because they could just reregister and away we go again .....

2. Is there any way to force log off anyone logged on?
