Started Facebook and Youtube pages, now getting bombarded with spam

Can someone tell me how to block these new spam registrations. Most don't complete the email verification, but I'd like to block them before they can register.

All my settings were fine and I had virtually no spam registrations until I started the facebook and youtube pages.
