Hey, you have got a good domain name.

* The logo needs to be worked on, it needs to match your niche. Even i had a similar forum in the past (I've attached my banner for you to have an idea of what i am saying)

* Also too many empty forums, i would remove few of them till the forum starts picking up.

* Also i would change the status icons to match with the forum.

* Get a favicon.
