You already have that feature. Are you using the default skin?...If you are, you need to add different skins (or themes) and then the user can decide which skin looks better for them...You also have to set it up in your Admin Control Panel to let the users decide. If you have different skins ( or themes or templates they might be called) then the user will have different choices.
