I intend to give credit to the original source, so not plagiarism. I'd also avoid sites that ask to be excluded from this sort of thing with robots.txt I'm not a lawyer, but I've seen search engines and archive.org which store cache or copies of other site's pages on their server through an automated method, which is considered fair use. I thought maybe the same concept would apply here. I suppose it'd ultimately be up to a judge to decide whether or not it actually was copyright infringement or fair use.
Of course, if someone wanted their content removed I would remove it, and I really intended this more for private use anyway. So hopefully it would not get to the point where a judge would need to get involved.
