-Took out usergroups that can see and use

-Updated the code some of it was pretty bad but it work this was my first mod.

v1.2.1 May 10 2014

-New 2 more links where added now giving you 10 links in all and 8 editable
-New Usergroups that are in the following will not be able to see the links
1. Unregistered / Not Logged In
2. Users Awaiting Email Confirmation
3. Users Awaiting Moderation
4. Banned Users
-Updated the code.
