I've recently redone my site, and I'm coming into problems when people try to register.

This error displays when people try to register..

Warning: require_once(includes/functions_ghsom.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in [path]/register.php(338) : eval()'d code on line 10

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'includes/functions_ghsom.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/projectg/public_html/register.php(338) : eval()'d code on line 10

Does anyone know what this means? I shouldnt be having any problems since the vBulletin is a clean installation.
